Shipping

Tribal Eyes will ship from South East USA and orders are processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of back orders and pre-orders. You will receive an email when your order is placed and when it is shipped with tracking information.

Customer bears responsibility of import or export duties.

Note that the current pandemic, fires, hurricanes or flooding may cause local or international import/export delays!

 

Exchanges, Return and Refund Policy

Free returns are approved for factory damaged eyewear or our shipping errors!
For return approval, please email help@tribaleyesshop.com.
Eyewear must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. 
We cover return shipping costs.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or personally damaged.
Merchandise returned without the original packaging does not qualify for a refund. Final saleitems are not eligible for returns!

Shipping and handling charges from initial order are not refundable.

International orders outside the US are not refundable!

Returns will only be accepted if in the original packaging of case, cleaning cloth, screw and our personalized box.
Personalized box cannot be used as the shipping box.

Only returns with an approval from our team will be accepted, those without will be shipped back!
